Property plans for the financier's private tropical island among the released materials.
Additionally included in this latest photograph disclosure seems to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier bought a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had formulated ambitious plans to build upon the substantial island by constructing residences, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a pool.
Visible on the blueprint is a local waterway, a strait in the territory, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is covered in handwritten red notes and features a legend detailing various parts of the estate.
In addition to the main plan are what seem to be several other property layouts and engineering blueprints, including plans for marina coverings.
Further documentation made public as part of the ongoing oversight release.
